What people ask us the most.
If you still have a doubt, write to us before buying.
Is this the 256 GB model?
Yes, this is the version with 256 GB of internal storage. If another capacity is available, you will see it as an option on this page.
How do I know if it is available and when I get it?
This page shows the real status of the product (in stock, on order or pre-order) and the estimated time when there is enough information. It is confirmed again at checkout before you pay.
How much is shipping and when does it arrive?
The cost and the delivery time are calculated with your address before paying: you see both at checkout before confirming the order. The full process is explained on the Shipping page.
What warranty does it have and how do I use it?
The applicable coverage is shown before you buy and is recorded with your order. If something fails, you open the case from the Warranty page with your order number and FASE NUEVE follows it up.
How can I pay?
With the methods enabled at checkout: electronic payment through Wompi, Nequi with a QR code and your F9 Balance when you have one. You see the options available for your order before confirming.
